Not only is Venus Valves recognized for engineering excellence, but it is also one of the oldest and most experienced manufacturers of valves in the country.

The first valves designed and manufactured by us fifty years back were Cast Iron Gate, and Globe and Check Valves. The company now offers a full range of industrial valves in Cast Iron, Gun Metal, Cast Steel, Fabricated Valves and Sluice Gates with options for manual or motorized operations.

We have our own cast iron and non-ferrous foundry and now produce high quality C.I. Castings and non-ferrous parts for valves. The capacity of the foundry is 5 tons per hour and can produce a single piece of casting weighing 5 tons.

Complete in-house testing facilities like Tensile Testing of 10 ton capacities, hardness testing, chemical testing, mercurous nitrate testing, D. P. testing, hydrostatic testing and pneumatic testing are all available at Venus. Machining, assembly and testing are carried out by technicians and our quality is monitored by highly experienced supervisors and quality control engineers.
